Meet the Expert at Bio-Technopark: Start-up with your Intellectual Property (IP) – Patent Attorney at work: EVENT POSTPONED

During a 30 minutes IP coaching from Dr. Peter Steinecke, German and European Patent Attorney from WJS , you will have the opportunity to discuss challenges to turn your innovation to a patentable invention and establish Intellectual Property (IP) for your company. In addition, you may ask for advice how to tackle third party rights that may be at risk to interfere with your business.

Who is Peter Steinecke?
Peter is working in the IP field since 1995 and is specialized in prosecution and oppositions before the European Patent Office (EPO). Besides working in private practice, Peter has gained experience in patent portfolio management in pharmaceutical companies (Janssen Pharmaceutica, Johnson & Johnson). His expertise is recognized in the EPO; he was, e.g., guest speaker for stem cell patenting on the seminar “Cell Day”. He established and represents the patent portfolio of several biopharmaceutical companies in the field of antibody, anti-tumor, stem cell, functional food and screening technology and supported their license deals. Since 2019 Peter is also Inhouse IP Counsel of Neurimmune AG.
